She was a good person, innocent, free from all charges. The definition of a saint, she was devout to being the best she could with everyone. But what happens when the Lord of the Worlds, the Omnipotent, the Omniscient, wants her to prove it? A test, in the form of people who do not return the goodness she gave to them. Karma does not exist in this world. They said justice is a distant concept, to be grasped after you are dead, but our girl is still alive.
She prays, prays, prays, prays. She is grateful. She is content. But she is weak. One day, an Angel came to her in the form of a person and asked her how she was, and she said all was good, by the grace of the Lord. But it wasn't, and she knew that, and cried out for help in her heart, even though she thought no one could hear. But the angel heard, and revealed themself to her.
"What may I bestow thee?" The Angel's words rang in her heart. She could not pretend anymore.
"I cannot bear it any longer. I want this test to end. I want to go to Eden here. I want the bad to die, and the good to stay."
Three hundred wings flapped, and the Lord granted her prayer.
When she opened her eyes, everyone opened her eyes. When she looked around, everyone looked around.
Do good, be good, and so will they," whispered the Angel and the light that enveloped her had faded away.
But now she saw, and she knew what was. Everyone knew what was, for she was everyone, and everyone was she. For the only good she could truly see was the one in her heart, and that was all that was left. The angel had taken everything else away, and now those who inhabited Earth were all her, and they all did what she did, and only now was the girl truly happy, in the Paradise that had been made just for her.
